File This Under Things We Love.

It's been a while since we shared some videos that we're into. And let's just say that it hasn't been due to a lack of watching. Our tastes are so specific that we rarely find anything that REALLY gets us going, let alone inspires us to share.

This is a couple that we think we may have shared before, but no worries, they're back with some new videos. What can we say, we like the blurs, the camera off-position, the more abstract shit that happens while we get to listen in on a real couple enjoying each other.

We think you'll agree.

Pole Position.

This video makes us feel a couple of feelings.

One, that we love this position and haven't done it in too long*. The reverse cowgirl to the collapse on top of him, back to reverse cowgirl and collapse back down again is a highly underrated position for a quality, comfortable, low-key weekend morning or afternoon fucking.

Two, that it's nice to see some condom usage in real world sex videos. Not everyone is in a long-term relationship and should definitely be rocking the condoms. So good for them for wearing and not being afraid to feature that sleeve in a major way.

Three, it gives us a boner. Because it feels real and lovely, and like home. And to us, that's hot.

So dig in, boner up, get wet. You deserve it, it's been a long week and it's only Monday.

*We wrote this update on Saturday. On Sunday, we employed this position. And it was good. Thanks for the reminder, video!

An Interview with Sophie Delancey.

This week, we were lucky enough to participate in an interview with Sophie Delancey. If you don't know Sophie, you should. She's the PR and Marketing Coordinator for Camille Crimson and Mike Flirt's company, and she does a damn fine job at it. She blogs for Peeperz, WHACK! Magazine, Girlz Porn, and  she's also got a pretty damn sexy Tumblr

Met Another Frog, another site Sophie blogs for (I know, right? SO many blogs! We're seriously impressed) has asked her to do a series of interviews, entitled "Just a Little Sex," and we were chosen as the subject of her second piece.

You can read a few snippets below, but check out the full interview here.

Advice from the Mailbag.

Hey guys, your blog is fantastic. I have a question for you, and I think this is the correct medium to ask it...

My boyfriend is 24, I'm 18, and one of the biggest issues in our relationship is that he's just not that interested in sex. I am a VERY sexual person, i.e. the accounts of your day with Rye (or vice versa) are basically my ideal. I'm not unattractive, I love my body, but I feel as if this extremely important part of myself is ignored. If I try to initiate sex, 9.5 times out of ten I'm turned down. Either that, or he'll say no to me and then five minutes later 'relent' as if its some huge chore. He's told me that there's not much point to sex for him. I feel rejected and unfulfilled. When I've told him of how much it affects me, he tells me to either accept him as he is or leave.

He loves cuddling and less sexual forms of physical contact. But I NEED sexual connection.

What could contribute to his lack of interest? As far as I know, most guys would kill to have someone like me, at least in the sexual fulfillment department.

We're so glad you like the blog. Thank you so much for reaching out.

As to your question: yowsa. What a terrible position for an 18 year old to be in. The first and most important thing I'd like to say to you is that this is probably not because of something you are doing or not doing. In, fact, it probably has very little to do with you and a lot to do with your boyfriend, his past sexual experiences, and the emotional imprint they left on him.

You Best Believe She's Coming.

One of our biggest issues with a lot of porn out there, even "amateur", is that the sounds coming from the woman are so often overblown, ridiculous and largely fake. That's why a video that displays a refreshing level of orgasmic ranting and shouts of "I'm coming" are always a welcome treat.

Sure, this video may only have the one angle, but it makes up for it in what she's providing, LOTS and LOTS of noise. Talking, moaning, shouting, not to compliments of the highest order.

Do you each know how many partners you've had? Any issues?

Totally. We've actually answered this same sort of question a few times:

http://uncommonappetites.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-many-partners-have-two-of-you-had.html

http://uncommonappetites.blogspot.com/2011/02/violet-how-many-guys-have-you-fucked.html

As for issues, most certainly not. We actually think it's weird that people really care about who and how many people their partners have fucked. Ultimately, it's just brought them to you, and hopefully with considerable bedroom skills. If V was boning lots of people before we got together, it's because she really enjoys sex and knows how to get it. I can say this is still true, so nothing has changed in that department.

You're Our Valentines.

In yesterday's post, Violet made it quite clear how we feel about Valentine's Day. It's a day made for fucking, not crap chocolates and overpriced (and overhyped) roses.

Our Valentine's evening will probably just look like this.
So in that spirit, we wanted to turn to you, this collective group of Valentines, our dear readers, and find out a little more about what makes you tick sexually. You hear plenty about what V and I think about all things sexual, so it's time to get a little back. This isn't posturing, we actually really want to know. So chime in on the comments and tell us about these three things:

1. What's your favorite sexual position?
2. What's the strangest thing you've masturbated with?
3. What's your fondest sexual memory?

Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day, whether it's just another day, a special holiday that you're all googly eyed about or a "fuck you for even mentioning it" kind of day.

Now fire away, perverts, we're dying to know!

On the We-Vibe.

From SporePrint, a lovely new reader with a great tumblr and very sexy taste.
"I have a question I’d like to hear you answer on the blog, if you want. You mentioned the We-Vibe in relation to pegging (of which, yay!). What is your take on it in general? I’ve been looking to get one for my partner, but it gets mixed reviews online, and she’ll throttle me if I add another toy that doesn’t get used to our overstuffed toybox."
By now, it's fairly well documented that Violet enjoys wearing the We-Vibe under her harness when we get into some pegging play. It tucks in there wonderfully, though there are definitely issues with it, mostly related to it being difficult to adjust, speed-wise, once it's all up in there.

Whatever you decide, enjoy this photo.

1.03.2012

Sorry if it was asked, but did you guys start off more sexually open-pegging, pics, blog, etc.-or did you develop it together? If you both came into it with your own kinks, how did you know you wanted to share it with the other? Or better yet, when?

No apologies needed!

We definitely began this relationship as sexual people, interested in doing sexual things, some of them vanilla, some of them a little less so. Over time, we've slowly opened up to more adventures and continued to add them to our repertoire. As someone smart once said, 'It's only kinky the first time", or something like that. Which we've found to be quite true. Pegging, at first, felt so "other" to us. But once we did it, it just feels really good and everyone should give it a go.

After all, you die at the end of this thing. Why wouldn't you want to try some shit out before that happens?

Lots of people ask us for this mysterious key about when you opened up to each other and when is the right time, and how did you do it? The truth is, we're just one couple. We are a specific make and model of person and for some reason, when combined, a very good match. We're open, trusting, brutally honest and adventurous, in all aspects of life. We talk about things as they come up, and the right time for us is probably quite different than the right time for you in your relationship. But the right time is there, so when it feels right to you, jump at it. Be honest. Communicate. Find a way to talk about what you want. If you don't, you're keeping a part of yourself back, and that's bullshit for intimacy, so don't do that.

Be good to each other, we only get the one shot at this thing.

Do you ever risk losing your partner over petty jealousy after engaging in unabashed, orgasmic orgies?

We wouldn't know, as that's something we've never done. However, the petty jealousy (or any jealousy at all), isn't really our thing. Trust is where its at.

Need an honest answer. As I am a lover of stockings and thongs, I can't convince my wife to wear them. She has an average build and claims they aren't comfortable. Is that really true? Help!

Well, it doesn't really seem to matter what I think about their comfort on this one, does it? Stockings are honestly not the most comfortable thing in the world. And thongs certainly get more comfortable as you get used to them.

But if Rye told me he wanted to see me in stockings and a thong? I'd fucking wear them for him. As far as requests go, that's an easy one. And I love making him happy.

Maybe discuss something she wants you to do? Trade out those favors and make a night of it. And when the time comes, buy her a nice set, make it special and fucking enjoy each other!

I'm in a loving, long standing long distance relationship, but I am tired of us being sexually frustrated when we're apart. I want both of us to explore safely and maintain respect for each other. Do you think it's possible?

Oof. This is always a tough one. In my first relationship, we were long distance for a year, as I moved away for college and she returned to her hometown for a while. After that year, we moved to the same city and lived together before the relationship went terribly wrong several years later. The time apart was shitty.

Violet did the same with her high school boyfriend, but in much different circumstances. He was a long-standing cheater that had been caught over and over. But they were still tenuously together while she explored other people's (ladies, dudes, dudes and ladies) bodies across the country. It also didn't make things much easier.

12.06.2011

My fiancé and I have a great relationship but whenever we go 3-4 days without sex I pretty much shut down and take on a sour attitude. She's busy a lot so I don't think more sex is the answer. Any thoughts?

Whoa now! 3-4 days and you're going sour? Allow me to point you to the third question on this week's "Savage Love." Go. Read. Now.

http://www.thestranger.com/seattle/SavageLove?oid=10890931#thisweek

I can understand getting upset after longer periods of time, as I was in a marriage where I got a handjob/blowjob/sex once a month. And that was IT. Try that and then talk to me about being sour.

3-4 days between sex is healthy. Break that shit down and you're getting fucked just over 91 days a year! And that doesn't account for those times it's more frequent than every 4 days.

11.09.2011

Privileges.

R: There are dudes out there, dudes we all know and have in our lives. And they talk about sex as a "privilege" from their significant other. If they do something bad, fail to do a chore, or otherwise upset their significant other, those privileges can be revoked.

Your kindly editor, Rye.
Here's why this idea is SO beyond fucked:

You and I.

Sometimes photos illustrate your feelings better than words ever could.

For example, this first photo is how I feel about being married to my best friend. It really is as simple, wonderful and freeing as this.

The rest of the photos make me feel a number of other things, some of which make my dick hard.

9.13.2011

You and Me.

Fall is a season for many things.

Sweaters.
Comforters.
Earlier and earlier nights.
Red wine.
Bourbon.
Open windows.
Roasted things.
Soups.
Baths. Together.

We believe in all of these things. Firmly.

Enthusiasm. All Up On Your Face.

You gotta love enthusiasm.
Even when it comes packaged with bad lighting and messy rooms.

Enthusiasm really wins all.
