Violet, what's your take on the difference between fucking and "making
love"? Do you ever ask to "make love to me"? And is it
possible to "make love" anally? My girlfriend says no, as it's a more
submissive act, and raunchy. Great blog, thanks!
We're definitely more in the fucking camp. "Making love" has such a "do
it slow and stare into my eyes" connotation to it that the terms turns
me off. And actually, so does "slow, look into my eyes and tell me you
love me" sex. We're not big on the rough sex, but WORK IT OUT, you know?
As for "making love" anally, I think the term is a little more
accurate when it comes to having that ass. Mostly because it's so
sensitive, you've really got to be connected and do things slowly, with
lots of communication, looking for signs and pressing forward with
patience. Anal for us has never looked like it does in porn (or porn
that we've seen anal in, anyway), it's lots of communication, usually
missionary or something like it, and going very slowly as we study each
other and make sure both parties are enjoying it. So yes, I'd say you
probably should "make love" anally. And let's take the raunch out of it
already, shall we? It fucking feels good and it doesn't HAVE TO be
submissive, like any other sex act (when I peg Rye, sometimes he hops on
top and rides away, what's submissive about that?).
Thanks for writing in! And good luck "making love" to your girlfriend's ass!
As I like to say, "At times, we may fuck, but we always make love." Really, the nature of the act is about the intention behind the act. Are you with someone that you care about or just Mr. or Ms. Anonymous for a night?
ReplyDeleteAnd V is absolutely right about anal sex. There is no other act two humans can engage in than entering another anally that requires more communication and trust.
btw, V - love that apron framed rump of yours. Rye, give it a solid smack the next time you walk by.
A very fine way to put it, Stranger. And yes, anal is definitely more slow and sensual for us. Consider it smacked!

Also, really interesting perspective on fucking vs. making love. (Didn't mean to be completely insensitive with our previous comment :D )
ReplyDeleteHA HA HA! Compliments on asses are hardly insensitive.

However you do it and whatever you call it, just enjoy it!

It's funny that everyone looks at it different. My first boyfriend considered it making love only if we both came at the same time, since at that moment love is being made between/to two people. For me, if I ask my BF to fuck me, he knows what I mean, and if I say "make love to me", he knows to go a bit more sensually.
ReplyDeleteSee, there you go. To each their own, really. As long as you've got an understanding of what it means to you and your partner, then have at it!
